A New Chapter Begins

After 23 wonderful years serving the Canberra region, our little family is stepping into an exciting new chapter — we’re moving house and my practice!

As we make this transition, I’ll be gently shifting how I work. From the new year onward, I’ll be offering online sessions only, continuing with my much-loved practices — BodyTalk, Naturopathy, and Rahanni Energy Healing — so we can continue to connect and heal together, no matter where you are. 💻💜

My clinic hours will become a little more spacious as I make room for creative projects, and the simple joys of a slower lifestyle. It truly feels like a beautiful season of renewal — for both me and my practice. 🌸

Right now, things are still evolving (as life so often does), but I wanted to share this update early — especially if you’ve been thinking about booking an in-person session before the move.

🌿 Integria prescriptions are provided by me and can be easily arranged with a quick Telehealth follow-up session.

🌿 I can also prepare and send out custom herbal and nutritional blends directly to you as needed.
